Secondary research was conducted to identify which sector the business should venture into next.

The company (NDA signed) approached Omega for a secondary market research project where some industry sectors were selected in which e-commerce sector has penetrated. Omega consultant did an analysis on top startup e-commerce players in the sector (digital marketing space), studying their business model, investors etc. Recommended sectors to the company were- real estate, healthcare and oil and energy sector. As a value add Omega prepared a top of business that could be ventured in these 3 sectors.
