Biography

  • Dr Arunima K V holds an Engineering Degree from Visvesvaraya Technological University, Belgaum and MBA from St Berchmans College, Kottayam. She completed her full-time PhD in Human Resource Management from Department of Business Administration, Mangalore University as an ICSSR Doctoral Fellow.She has 14 years of experience including industry, academic teaching, and research. Prior to joining TAPMI she was the Ad-hoc faculty at Department of Management Studies, Central University of Kerala, where she had also contributed as NAAC Coordinator and Admission Coordinator of the department for 3 years.
