Biography

  • Remya worked as a Postdoctoral Researcher with the India Competence Centre (ICC-FIM), University of St.Gallen, Switzerland prior to joining TAPMI. She holds a PhD in Management (Economics area) from the Indian Institute of Management Kozhikode (IIMK), India. She was also awarded Commonwealth Split-Site Scholarship to pursue the final year of her PhD at the Department of Economics, University of Essex, UK. She has completed MSc (Five Years Integrated) in Economics from Pondicherry University. Her broad areas of research interests include development finance, financial literacy, banking and financial services.
