Biography

Career Journey (Industry and Teaching experience) – 20 plus years of corporate experience in the HR function predominantly inRecruitment, talentengagement, appraisal, and Learning and development. For 12 years, I was alearning anddevelopment specialist in requirementsanalysis, and customized training modules to meet the expected outcomes. I curated and conducted behavioral and softskills training for corporates and institutions across India.
