Biography

  • Subhasree Karis a distinguished scholar and a popular teacher with two decades of academic experience. She finished her PhD at Utkal University, Bhubaneswar in Human Resource Management and Organizational Behaviour. She is skilled inTeaching and Research, Educational Technology, and Curriculum development with administrative ability and leadership competencies. An active researcher; having presented research papers at several conferences and seminars nationwide. Her research papers have appeared in peer-reviewed indexed national and international journals. Her research interests include Positive Psychology, Workplace Spirituality, Sustainable HRM Practices, Future Workplace Dynamics and Digitalization in HRM.
