Stage-1 : Admission process that not only assesses core quantitative or verbal skills but also work experience, values, attitudes and relationship skills. The intake at TAPMI includes talent that comprise the top 12% of the country in terms of academic brilliance.
Stage-2: Comprehensive and rigorous curriculum and delivery that makes for technical skills, problem solving and ability to integrate multiple factors in decision making and ability to create a vision and lead a team.
Stage-3: Applied learning through live projects, internship, knowledge sharing by corporate leaders and competition.
Stage-4: Learning beyond curriculum through workshops on themes such as design thinking, emotional intelligence and FINTECH Certification courses.
Stage-5: Corporate engagement office programs to create awareness about career opportunities and competencies required for job roles.
