Biography

  • Harini K N has completed her Fellow Program in Management (FPM) in Strategic Management from XLRI – Xavier School of Management, Jamshedpur. Her thesis title is: ‘Firms’ Response to Recessionary Conditions – A Study in the Indian Context’. She has completed her graduation in Economics, Mathematics, Statistics (Triple Major) from Mount Carmel College, Bengaluru and her PGDM from Institute of Management Technology (IMT) Hyderabad. She received a Silver Medal for securing the second highest CGPA in her post-graduation degree. She has published papers in highly reputed international journals in the area of Management and has presented her work at several leading national and international conferences. She also serves as a reviewer for conferences and ABDC listed journals.

  • I am a Certified Facilitator of LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® by the Association of Master Trainers.LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® is a method forexploring and dealing with real issues andchallenges in real-time. It is a science-basedprocess that draws on extensive research fromthe fields of business, organizationaldevelopment, psychology, and learning. Byusing Lego bricks and a facilitated process, individuals can explore complex business challenges in acreative and engaging manner.
  • I teach X-Culture for MBA students, and I am an X-Culture Global Virtual Team Certified Coach (2023-1). X-Culture is a large-scale international experiential learning and business consulting project that typically involves over 6,000 MBA and business students from over 150 universities in 43 countries on six continents every semester. Over 100,000 students have participated in the project since its inception in 2010. The students are placed in global virtual teams of about six, each student coming from a different country. Working with people from around the globe and dealing with cultural differences, time-zone dispersion, and global communication challenges, the teams complete a consulting business project for a real multinational company.
