Biography

  • Varun Sharma is a doctoral fellow from XLRI Jamshedpur, specializing in Production, Operations, and Decision Sciences. His research focuses on sustainable supply chain management, with his thesis titled “Sustainable Supply Chain Management: Exploring Its Relationship with Operational Performance and Organizational Resilience.” Varun holds an M.Tech in Industrial Management and has two years of managerial experience at Reliance Industries Limited. His research interests include applying digital technologies in sustainable supply chains, resilience, and disruption management. He has also published in high-impact journals and contributed to advancing knowledge in his field.
