To help TAPMI shape the MBA-HRM program and its future, an Advisory Board has been established. The Advisory Board comprises seasoned industry experts including senior TAPMI alumni and academicians with strong industry connect.

The Advisory Board will work closely to:

1. Provide strategic inputs towards the program’s growth and relevance to industry
2. Vet the curriculum of the program and provide practitioner inputs
3. Provide guidance and support on the internships and careers of students in the program.

Prior to this in his over 20 years of total work experience, he has worked with giants like GE and Asian Paints.
