EEP – Areas of Expertise and Faculty Competence
TAPMI’s EEPs are known for depth, rigor and customization. TAPMI creates a team of academicians and practitioners for every Program to ensure that participants and sponsoring organizations receive value for their money. The team works on understanding the client’s business and arrive at solutions which translate learning to results at the workplace. TAPMI’s portfolio of Executive Education Programs provide working professionals with a targeted and flexible means to prepare for the next steps in their career and then work to enable their organizations for future growth.
The methods of delivery/pedagogy of the programs are an optimum mix of cases, discussions and analysis, simulation games and classroom discussions involving experience sharing and role plays. The methods adopted are decided on the basis of the specific issues on which training is undertaken as well as on the skill requirement and level of working. The participants are also encouraged to discuss problems/issues pertaining to their company, and seek expert advice from the resource faculty. TAPMI has about 52 full-time faculty, PhDs from reputed institutions in India and abroad, with several years of industry experience behind them. Some of TAPMI faculty are trained at Harvard Business School, Boston, on the case method of teaching and learning.
