About the magazine:
HRiday, the brainchild of the HR Forum is an attempt to tap into the need to keep enriching our knowledge in the field of HR.
The magazine has been designed to cater to not just the HR cohort but to all the students, faculty and staff members of the institute. Apart from covering the latest trends, successful HR practices in organisations, HR concepts are explained through creative ways. HRiday also features conversations with CHROs through the HR Saga. It provides a platform to the prospective HR managers to showcase their take on current HR trends through student articles. Also, it challenges the readers to assess their HRQ- HR Quotient through the puzzles. The magazine was launched by our Director, Prof. Madhu Veeraraghavan and industry stalwarts Mr. Ganesh Chella and Mr. VJ Rao, authors of the book “HR Here and Now”.
About 1st edition:
Inspired by the pioneering HR batch, the first edition of the magazine includes a small interaction with the initiators of the PGDM-HR program. It also includes an exclusive interview with Mr. Nishith Mohanty, CHRO, Manipal Group.
About 2nd edition:
HR Forum is back with another exciting edition of HRiday with a theme that revolves around ‘Emotional Intelligence’. It includes an exclusive interview with Dr. Ashish Sen, Executive coach and consultant, a thought provoking article by Mr. Vithal Acharya, CPO of Sterlite Power and some interesting insights from our fellow colleagues. About 3rd edition:
HR Forum is back with another edition of HRiday revolving around the theme ‘Business Internationalization’. It includes an exclusive interview with Mr. Pramod Fernandes, CHRO-Manipal Group, an insightful article by Mr. Ganesh Chella, practitioner, consultant, coach and thought leader, thought provoking articles by our professors Prof. Senthil Ganesh and Dr. Ritu Gupta and some interesting insights from our fellow colleagues.
