MBA – Artificial Intelligence and Data Science

Introduction:

Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Data Science (DS) are gaining popularity among businesses as a result of their widespread applicability across all industries in order to maintain a competitive edge. Enterprises are encouraged to examine the use of artificial intelligence and deep learning to transform their solutions as a result of the rapidly shifting technological landscape of information systems, notably AI and DS. A new Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in AI and DS is being offered jointly by TAPMI, Manipal and the Manipal School of Information Science (MSIS), Manipal. With a total of six terms, the program lasts for a period of two years.

The Multi-Dimensional Curriculum:

Core Essentials of Business Management

Instruction in a variety of fields, including but not limited to marketing, finance, human resources, strategy, and operations.

The creation and deployment of AI and Deep Learning models or platforms, as well as learn to commercialize the AI and DS solutions.

Projects During the Summer Internship

The fourth term will consist of summer internships in companies that fall into a variety of business verticals.

The Culminating Projects

The project is based on research and will cover a variety of business categories in terms of third and fourth terms.

The Projects of Industry

In terms five and six, immersion in industry with running or functional projects.

Manipal Academy of Higher Education has agreement with Microsoft for delivering AI and DS business solutions.

Mentorship from seasoned individuals while working on live projects in the industry.

Research projects that are supervised by leading professors and professionals from the industry.

Internship projects over the summer months at businesses operating in a variety of different industries.

Conclaves on industry Analytics and Data Science, in which students have the opportunity to interact directly with senior management positions from reputable organizations operating in a variety of industry verticals.

TAPMI, Manipal is home to a Center of Excellence for Artificial Intelligence and Data Science.

Eligibility:

Bachelor degree in any field

At least two to three years of industry experience – It is important for candidates to have work experience in AI and DS for this MBA program or strong passion for these areas since it guarantees that they have practical knowledge of the area, understand the issues that the industry faces, and are able to contribute effectively to conversations and projects. Additionally, it assists students in better integrating complex business and technical concepts into solutions that are used in the real world.
