PGDM-SALES Advisory Board

To help TAPMI shape the PGDM (HR) program and its future, an Advisory Board is being finalised. The Advisory Board comprises seasoned industry experts including senior TAPMI alumni and academicians with strong industry connect.

The Advisory Board will work closely to :

  1. Provide strategic inputs towards the program’s growth and relevance to industry
  2. Vet the curriculum of the program and provide practitioner inputs
  3. Provide guidance and support on the internships and careers of students in the program

Prof. Chandrasekhar Sripada

Professor (OB & Strategic Human Capital) – Indian School of Business.

Prof. Chandra is a seasoned HR leader with significant Executive & Leadership experience across large public ,private and multinational corporations covering key sectors in emerging economies. He has joined academics after a long career in HR- till recently he was with Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories as Global Head of HR. Before that he was with IBM as head of HR. He has also worked with Capgemini and Reliance Infocomm.

Mr. D N Prasad

Independent Leadership Coach and Talent Strategist.

D N Prasad (Or, DNP as he is known as in professional circles) is a Professional Executive Coach (PCC, International Coach Federation), a transformational HR Leader, Culture builder, Mentor/Advisor, Strategist and a start-up guy in the HR space. Most Recently, he served as Director and Head of Google People Services for APAC and as a Leadership Coach. His progressive leadership experiences in his career spans seven and a half years with Infosys( where he was the global head of early career hiring, campus relations and HR Operations) and more than a decade with Google. He has to his credit, setting up several new functions – in market (in India and Singapore), in region (APAC) and globally, building teams, culture and careers. He serves on the HR Core Advisory Committee for NASSCOM – India, the HR Advisory team for SPRING, Singapore and on the Board of Management Studies of T.A. Pai Management Institute, Manipal – India. He is an alumnus of our Institute.

Ms. Dedeepya Ajith John

Associate Director – Knowledge & Advisory – SHRM, India.

A Senior Knowledge Consultant, with multifaceted expertise in Consultancy, Research, Content generation / management and Academic partnerships. Dynamic and results driven with close to 9 years of experience in program design, project development, delivery and work function management in India, Sri Lanka and Bangladesh. Experience in the areas of Research, HR Capability Building, Training & Development, HR Analytics, Competency Assessment & Development, Knowledge Management and Diversity & Inclusion. At SHRM she handles 4 portfolios – Consultancy, Research, Academic partnerships and Content.

Mr. Deepak Reddy

Group Head – Human Resources, Bajaj Finserv Ltd.

Deepak heads the HR and Administration teams at Bajaj Finserv(Group Head – Human Resources, Bajaj Finserv Ltd.), with the mandate to sustain and enable the high performance journey Bajaj Finserv has embarked upon with appropriate people and work place initiatives. He also leads the Group Learning Academy and is responsible for all learning activities within the organization. Previously he was in American Express and Standard Chartered in various capacities. He is an alumnus of TAPMI, Manipal.

Mr. Nishith Mohanty

Group President- HR, Manipal Education & Medical Group.

Nishith Mohanty heads the HR function across the Manipal Group. As Chief Human Resources Officer, his responsibilities include inculcating a performance driven culture, building a high performance organisation, talent acquisition & management, HR best practices and leadership development. Before this role, Nishith has worked in the Bayer group as HR-Head, in HMT and Good year among other companies. He has around 24 years of overall experience.

Ms. Sunita Cherian

Senior Vice President – Group Human Resources at Wipro Limited.

Sunita R. Cherian is Senior Vice President – Group Human Resources at Wipro Limited. Her experience over the last two decades spans Sales, Human Capital Strategy, Sustainability, Diversity & Inclusion. She has been the Business HR Head for various Divisions of Wipro, including a start-up unit where she designed and established the talent and leadership strategy. Her current responsibilities include developing a successful Talent Management Strategy, automation of HR Shared Services amongst others.

Mr. Yogi Sriram

Senior Vice President – Corporate Human Resources, Larsen & Toubro Limited.

Yogi Sriram is SVP – Corporate Human Resources, and Member of the Executive Committee, Larsen & Toubro Limited. He also leads a world class Institute of Project Management. Yogi has 40+ years of experience in the Human Resources Development function at leading companies such as ABB Limited, BP, Taj Group and the Shriram Group. His areas of interest are succession planning, career sculpting, team coaching, talent management and change management.
