The project involved conceptualizing a new operationally efficient system and creation of a financial and marketing strategy.

Gosval Punarnava Ayuveda – is the Ayurveda Centre and the Unit of GOSVAL foundation established in 2004 in the Temple city – Udupi, by Dr. Tanmay Goswami. With an MD in Ayurveda he has applied the combined approaches of Ayurveda and Vedic Astrology in the diagnosis, prognosis and the treatment, as it was practiced in the ancient times, and shared this experience with all our doctors’. Tanmay Goswami approached OMEGA to help him in various functionalities and his business expansion.

The project was a strategic project that dealt with conceptualizing a new system that is capable of improving operational efficiency, Financial, Marketing and promotional strategy for his Clinics. Omega did so by doing a primary research on the Ayurvedic Landscape in places in and around Udupi. Omega also did an analysis on his business model and Ayurvedic clinic landscape study to come up with recommendation on possible areas to expand.
